Iyengar Yoga is one of the many modalities of Yoga, it is based on the teachings of master B.K.S Iyengar and its main objective is to make Yoga approachable to anyone, no matter their difficulties in the practice of physical exercises.
This method is accessible not only to people that are used to sports, but also people who are not usually active, that have some kind of physical restriction, injury or posture problems.
